What if all the players in Major League Baseball took performance enhancing drugs ? Would it be considered wrong if everyone was allowed (or forced) to take them ? Technically, the players using the drugs could no longer be considered "cheaters" because everyone was allowed to use them. Just like any other over the counter supplement you could get at GNC.
If all the players took the drugs, and everyone starting hitting more home runs, and the game of baseball was much more entertaining to watch, would fans accept and be happy with that ?
Based on what we know about the use of steroids and other performance enhancing drugs, would anyone be concerned about the safety of the players ? How many of the players would use any drug if they were legal ? What would the long term health effects be ?
